Vorra AI provides automated SMS response services for missed calls on behalf of local businesses. When a customer calls a business using our Service and the call is not answered, Vorra AI automatically sends a personalized text message to the caller to maintain engagement and facilitate appointment booking. The Service is designed for use by local small businesses including, but not limited to, mechanic shops, barbershops, salons, and other service-based businesses.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By submitting your phone number through any Vorra AI form or service, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Vorra AI. Please review the following terms carefully:

• You consent to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through our website or service.
• Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and the nature of your inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
